Body shape. The Guangxi native hound is relatively small, with a shoulder height of usually about 40 cm and a weight of between 15 and 20 kg. The native dog is relatively large in size, with a shoulder height between 53 and 69 centimeters and a weight of 25 to 32 kilograms.
Combat effectiveness. The Guangxi native hound has strong limbs and strong muscle strength, and has stronger fighting power. Although the native dog has strong limbs, its muscles are not strong enough and its combat effectiveness is relatively weak.
IQ. The IQ of the Guangxi native hound is equivalent to that of a six-year-old child, and it may be ranked fourth or higher in the ranking of canine IQ. The IQ of the native dog is equivalent to that of a four- to five-year-old child, ranking fifth in the global canine IQ rankings.
