The most common pet dog now is the poodle, which is what we often call Teddy. When I went out to the community and met ten dogs, eight of them were Teddy. However, in fact, most common teddy bears are not purebreds, just skewered teddy bears. However, if you just like to raise dogs, it doesn’t matter whether you are a purebred or a Chuanchuan. But if you are bent on pursuing a purebred Teddy, you should keep in mind the following characteristics and be careful not to buy a Chuanchuan.
Second , look at the price. Because breeding purebred Teddy will cost more, the price will naturally be more expensive. If a Teddy that is said to be purebred is very cheap, either it is not pure at all, or worse, the dog has an unknown disease and the seller wants to sell it quickly. Of course, except if it is an acquaintance who breeds at home. The average price of a purebred Teddy on the market is generally between 3K and 8K, but the price may vary depending on the color of the Teddy's coat and the region where it is sold. Therefore, if you want to buy a purebred Teddy, it is best to check the approximate price of Teddy in the area beforehand to be aware of it.
Third , look at the coat color. Whether the purebred Teddy is black, white or brown, the coat color is uniform all over the body. At first glance, it looks very smooth and supple, with no color difference throughout the body. And if the color of Teddy's coat looks mottled and there are color differences, it means that Teddy is not pure.
Fourth, look at the eyes. What everyone likes the most is the dog’s big, bright eyes. But purebred Teddy's eyes are not big. So if Teddy's eyes are big and round, it's probably impure. Because purebred Teddy's eyes are relatively small, similar to what we usually call "small bean eyes".
Fifth , depending on the degree of curling of the hair. Purebred Teddy's hair is curly, and it is best to be as curly as lamb's wool. However, this point should be the most difficult to determine, because there are rigid standards for height and body length, but the standard of hair curliness is really difficult for inexperienced people to distinguish. So if you are an inexperienced person who wants to buy a purebred Teddy, you can focus on the first few items. In addition, in addition to judging whether the dog is pure or not, you should also check whether the dog is lively and healthy, and whether the eyes are bright and without tear stains.
