An unfamiliar cat may have the following symptoms:

Not close to humans: Showing indifference or avoidance towards the owner's approach .

Do not allow petting: Resist the owner’s petting or hugging.

Aggressive behavior: May attack owner.

Strong independence: Likes to act alone and does not rely on the owner.

Does not obey instructions: does not respond to owner’s calls or instructions.

Avoid owner: Try to avoid contact with the owner.

Does not interact with the owner: lacks interest in toys or games and does not interact with the owner.

Not adaptable to family environment: showing nervousness, anxiety or restlessness.

Escape frequently: Looking for opportunities to leave the family environment.

Not sensitive to owner’s voice or smell.
