Cats only change their teeth once in their lives. Cats usually start to lose their teeth when they are 4 to 6 months old. New teeth will grow around five months of age. During tooth replacement, the gums on the canine teeth will be slightly red, which is a sign of new teeth.

Generally, after one to two weeks, you can find the position of the cat's canine teeth, that is, the position of the largest and sharpest tooth. Two teeth may appear at the same time. The first tooth is the canine tooth that is being replaced. Two new molars will gradually grow next to the canine teeth, and the old teeth will gradually be replaced and fall out.
