Nature dictates: Caracals are wild animals with a certain degree of wildness and independence.

Unfamiliarity or lack of trust: Not familiar enough with the owner, or lack of trust in the owner.

Feels threatened: It may feel threatened by certain actions of its owner.

Physical discomfort or pain: When you feel uncomfortable, you tend to show aggression.

Environmental stress: Changes or stress in life circumstances may lead to emotional instability.

Unmet needs: Needs such as food, water, activity space, etc. are not met.

Past adverse experiences: There have been unpleasant experiences that have affected the attitude towards the owner.
