Sound is the carrier, shouting is the focus, and mouth is the key. The three are both different and related. In particular, calls and mouths are interdependent and go hand in hand. In reality, bird lovers often do not distinguish between them, and the two are collectively referred to as "calls and mouths." Now I will talk about my personal analysis of the lark's call according to the three parts: "sound", "cry" and "mouth".
Part One: Sound.
Sound, as the name suggests, refers to the sound of lark. How the lark chirps directly affects the chirping effect of the lark. Therefore, while bird lovers attach great importance to the calls, they also place great emphasis on the quality of the lark's song. But in reality, bird lovers generally do not call it "song" or "sound", but generally call it "rifle". The lark tone should include two parts: volume and sound quality.
1. Volume. Volume is an important criterion for measuring the sound of lark. Volume refers to the size and strength of the sound. A good lark's voice should be loud, loud, open and penetrating. The volume is determined by the quality of the lark, and also varies with seasons, temperament changes and other circumstances.
2. Sound quality. That is the quality of the sound. To see how the lark sounds, you should first look at its sound quality, and based on this, look at its volume. Therefore, sound quality is the primary criterion for measuring lark's tone. The quality of the sound is not only related to the quality of the lark itself, but also related to the age of the lark. Relatively speaking, the older the stubble is, the better the sound quality will be. The sound quality is mainly reflected in the following three points:
The first point: timbre. That is the characteristic of the sound of lark. It is the main manifestation of sound quality. In reality, Bailing's timbre can be classified into water, steel, flute, and fine tones; it can have qualities of clear, hoarse, sweet, and chaotic. The sound of Hao Bailing, no matter which type it is, should have the characteristics of clear, round, soft, smooth and atmospheric.
The second point: temperament. The rhythm and dynamics of the sound. The reason why many excellent lark calls are wonderful is that not only are their "mouth" precise, but their "sounds" are also rhythmic. Each word, each mouthful, and each little formula complement each other and complement each other, making the whole set of calls lively and exciting, showing a highly infectious and impactful listening effect. An excellent chirping rhythm should be controlled by the "four things": pause, flatness, cadence, and contraction; it should also be matched with the "five ands": long and short, strong and weak, high and Low, thick and thin, fast and slow are well matched and well-proportioned.
Last point: the speed of sound. The speed of the sound. Generally speaking, a good lark call should be a slow and whispery one. Only when you shout slowly can you sound steady and clear. A lark with such a speed of sound has a good chirping effect, and the effect of pressing a lark is also good. The barking of a fast-talking and impatient lark can be annoying and unpleasant to listen to. Not only is its barking ineffective, but it often crowds out and disrupts the barking of other good larks.
Part 2: Call.
Barking, as the name suggests, refers to the sound of lark. How the lark is called is related to the quality of the lark's call. Therefore, it is an important size for appreciating the quality of lark's call. It needs to be emphasized here that there should be a difference between calling and speaking. The difference is: "Biao" is a dynamic expression, and "口" is a static expression; "Biao" expresses the tweeting method, and "口" expresses the content of the tweet. The "cry" of Hao Bailing should be expressed in the following ways:
1. Lifelike. "Reality" should be the most important manifestation of Bailing's excellent call. The sound of the lark is lifelike and gamey, lifelike. It sounds like what it calls, and the sound is wild. Only if it is the same as the "real thing" can the style of the lark's sound be demonstrated, and can it be called a good lark. Whether the lark's call is realistic or not is mainly related to the breeding environment and mouth pressing method. The lark raised in the building will inevitably have a "balcony smell" (echo), and the lark raised in the audio port will also inevitably have an "audio smell" (music). Therefore, if possible, we should pay more attention to the feeding environment and mouth-pressing methods of lark, and try to raise as many wild birds, chickens, cats, etc. as "tutors" for lark.
2. Double. If the lark's chirping is less than doubled, it will appear "in a remote place", which sounds boring and does not quench the thirst; if it is doubled, it will appear "full and luxurious", making people feel that it has depth, strength and breadth. The amount of doubling is related to the lark master bird and the quality of the bird itself.
3. In place. It is also critical that the lark chirps properly. Only when the call is done properly can it be thought-provoking, sound comfortable, and feel interesting, tasteful, and charming. On the contrary, half-and-half lala is like listening to a "stuttering" speech, which makes people anxious, narrow-minded, uncomfortable, and makes people feel upset. The reason why the lark's call is not correct is not only related to the quality of the bird, but also related to the age of the bird. Old larks also lose their mouths as they age, often discarding complex mouths and preferring simple mouths. Eventually, some complex mouths often become half mouths.
4. Pure. Also known as "Qingkou". The best good Bailing is generally said to have a clean and pure mouth. When calling, try to reduce the number of vocals, miscellaneous sounds and dirty sounds as much as possible, and there should be no broken sounds. "Qingkou" Bailing will give people a smooth, bright, fresh and thorough aesthetic feeling, which makes people awe-inspiring.
5. Orderly. Also called sets or routines. It can be divided into two levels: in terms of "individual mouth", in the tweets of a single mouth or a series of mouths, it does not mix, intersperse, or mix with other single mouths and other series of mouths; in terms of "whole" In other words, there are certain rules in the entire tweeting process. The lark that has a set number of chirps is overall well-organized, with a clear rhythm, and the words are linked to each other. The sentences are connected, not messy or chaotic, not easy to lose, sound thirst-quenching, and taste delicious. This is the beauty of the traditional Bailing call, and it is also an important symbol and feature of the classic call.
Part 3: Mouth.
It goes without saying that the mouth is the specific content of the lark's cry. According to its function, it can be divided into main, auxiliary and fine products; according to its attributes, it can be divided into single mouth, set mouth and small set mouth. These have basically been explained in the post "A Brief Discussion on the Names and Differences of Bailing's Calling Mouth" and will not be repeated here.
The following will focus on the high-quality products that Hao Bailing currently has and the issues that should be paid attention to according to high standards.
1. Egg mouth. The egg mouth is the first mouth of the chicken mouth series, and it can also be regarded as one of the first mouths in the entire chicken mouth. In the lark's call, the egg opening plays a decisive role and is generally valued by bird lovers. A good egg mouth should have a realistic, high-pitched and rough sound, so as to show the bold and unrestrained "real chicken taste" of the hen's egg. However, the egg-mouth calls made by some larks are generally thin and have a declining back tone. They lack confidence and appear low and weak. The pursuit of realistic and ideal egg mouths has always been the endless pursuit of Bailing enthusiasts. At present, as far as I know, there have been many high-pitched egg calls, but they are generally thin, and those with rough sounds, many words in the prelude, and elongated and rising sounds in the back are still rare.
2. Lijikou. The entire Liji series of mouths should be the excellent main mouth of Bailing. Lijikou has only developed in the past 20 years. In the past, Lijikou was not included in the "Thirteen Sets of Bailing". In the 1990s, Lijikou was only called simply. At present, Lijikou has developed rapidly. As far as "Gua La" is concerned, the name in the early years only had a few words and was very dull. Nowadays, it is mostly a trembling sound running through the "drum" sound, which appears vivid and lively, combining feminine and masculine virtues. It has a natural charm, and is full of vitality and strong style. "Wu Geng" (also known as "waking early") is no longer the monotonous two or three-character name in the past. Not only did the number of words increase, but the styles were also renovated. There are high-pitched coloraturas that give people a warm and unrestrained beauty, and there are low-pitched ones that give people elegance and rich imagination, high and low, empty and far away, rough and slightly hoarse, and extremely beautiful. At the same time, among the hundreds of spirits, there are common sounds such as the powerful flying sky after rain and the melodious and melodious guarding nest. It can be said that the continuous emergence and rapid development of the Liji series of mouths in recent years have injected new life and vitality into Bailingkou. But having said that, some of the above-mentioned high-end Lijikou are only a minority in Bailingding and are not common. Especially the "flying to the sky after rain" sound. This sound is just the sound of the Li chicken flying into the sky after the rain. It is difficult for lark to learn it, so it is rarely seen in the call of lark. Even if there is, it is not an "original" one. It is mostly lark-driven and lacks the wild and exciting soaring momentum of Ye Li Ji. It is not very ideal. In addition, there is a kind of Li chicken that has a "fried" or "cat-beating" mouth, which has a dirty mouth and is not suitable for clearing the mouth and singing.
3. Mountain magpie mouth. The mountain magpie mouth has always been recognized as one of the finest call mouths. The mountain magpie mouth is a complex mouth with many words, and it is very important to call it correctly. Only by calling it in place can people listen to it comfortably, feel the depth, breadth and thickness, and make people feel that the more they listen, the more enjoyable it becomes. Bailing is called Mountain Magpie. After the "hat", it sounds better if there are more than five characters for "croak". If it is followed by "support" or "pressure", it will be even more beautiful. However, nowadays, it is rare for some lark to call the above level. Often they can't pronounce the complicated words "tuo" and "pressure", and some even say "gua" only two or three times. The mountain magpie's call is not accurate and sounds very uncomfortable.
4. Maokou. Maokou is also an excellent upper-grade main mouthpiece. A standard cat's mouth should speak softly and slowly, with the back tone lowered and slightly curved, thus expressing a soft and sweet demeanor. However, at present, some Bailing cats have rough voices and then the pitch rises, which makes them look rough and unrestrained, like an old cat in heat, which is hard to hear. The kitten's mouth not only needs to be realistic, but also sounds good if it is repeated multiple times. Some screams stop abruptly after one or two calls, which makes people feel not only unquenched their thirst, but also unnatural and even suffocating.
5. Zaozuikou. Zaozui mouth is a very popular high-quality mouth that has been developed in recent years. Currently, there are many coloratura calls that give people cheerful, free-spirited, elegant and wonderful enjoyment in Bailing calls. The variety of patterns and the elegance of the colors were unparalleled in the past. However, the simple way of saying "Dudu" that was connected with Xiao Li chicken to form a small mouth has been basically lost, which is also a pity!
6. Woodpecker mouth. Woodpecker's mouth has always been an excellent mouth favorite among bird lovers, and it can also be regarded as one of the high-quality main mouths. There are two different names for woodpeckers, one is "Qingbai" and the other is "Red Bai". The Red Woodpecker calls out "Bah'er, Bah'er" first, followed by a grunting sound, which is very beautiful and sweet. The mouth of the woodpecker is indispensable in the traditional call, but at present, the lark who calls this mouth has become endangered and is in danger.
