Precautions before and after the vaccine
Vaccine Before:
●Dogs and cats in the first year of life can only take a bath and go out 7 days after the third vaccine injection, and dogs can only have contact with other partners 7 days after the 4th injection.
●The dog’s health condition should be observed before injection. Injections should not be made if the dog is sick or malnourished.
●Do not bathe dogs (cats) within 7 days before vaccination.
●Be aware of limited vaccine expiration dates and choose a reliable brand.
●Before the injection, it is best not to have too much close contact with other pets;
After the vaccine:
● Avoid going out, and wait until the dog is vaccinated. It is best not to take it out during the week. It can easily be infected with bacteria and viruses when playing with other dogs. Once infected, it not only means that the vaccine has been in vain, but may also cause the dog to get sick.
●Avoid bathing. It is best to bathe after 7 days. After the dog is vaccinated, the body has poor immunity. Bathing it can easily cause a cold or even infection of the injection wound.
●Avoid licking people. There are many bacteria and viruses on human skin, which all enter the dog's body through the tongue and cause diseases.
●Pay attention to keeping warm. When the weather is cold, owners should avoid dogs sleeping directly on the cold floor, which may easily cause the dog to catch a cold. When sleeping at night, it is best for the owner to cover the dog with a small mat to help keep it warm. When feeding dog food, owners can soak the dog food in warm water or goat's milk to make it easier for the dog to digest.
