(1) Allergy test method: Take 0.1ml antiserum and add 1.9ml physiological sodium chloride injection, that is, 20 times dilution. Inject 0.1ml intradermally on the volar side of the forearm. After 20 to 30 minutes, if the skin is within 2 cm, and there is no redness or spider legs around the skin, it is negative. Direct injection can be done under close observation. If skin is present at the injection site Enlargement, redness, swelling, and infiltration, especially those that resemble pseudopodia or feel itchy, are positive reactions. For suspected positive cases, pre-inject 10 mg of chlorpheniramine (reduced according to weight for children), and then inject the bite of Bamboo Leaf Green 15 minutes later.
