On the other hand, with the "Exclusive E-Sheng" million-dollar medical insurance as the core product, the product matrix has been continuously refined, and the company has launched critical illness insurance products including multiple payouts, "Zhongminbao" million-dollar medical insurance without occupational restrictions, and door-to-door insurance products. As the national economy continues to recover and users’ willingness to consume rebounds, digital life continues to recover in multiple scenarios. As of June 30, 2023, the digital life ecosystem achieved total premiums of 5.836 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a year-on-year increase of 52.8%.

ZhongAn uses technology to explore new scenarios in digital life, enriches its product matrix, and launches innovative products such as pet insurance, mobile phone broken screen insurance, multi-scenario accident insurance, etc. to fill the diverse and unmet protection needs of users. . Exploring new directions for global digital insurance infrastructure

Zhongan actively explores the industry application of AI intelligent large models to empower the entire insurance chain including products, marketing, operations, and customer service. In May, ZhongAn released the first AIGC (generative artificial intelligence technology) application white paper in the domestic insurance industry, "AIGC/ChatGPT Insurance Industry Application White Paper". In July, it released the first AIGC application in the insurance industry at the 2023 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC). The map shows ZhongAn’s latest achievements in the digital innovation application of “AI+ Insurance”.

At the same time, Zhongan has continuously enriched its technological output products by seizing the domestic information innovation trend. In the first half of the year, ZhongAn launched a new generation of property insurance core systems, such as Wujieshan Mate and AIGC Zhongtai Lingxi. Deeply exploring overseas markets, ZhongAn has exported its technology to Home Credit, the largest consumer finance platform in Southeast Asia, and Income, the leading property and casualty insurance company in Southeast Asia. In the European market, ZhongAn has reached an agreement with Unica Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in core markets such as Austria, Central and Eastern Europe. Cooperate to use the core system product Graphene to empower its full-process functions of auto insurance in five European countries such as order issuance, approval, claims settlement and finance.
